If your order is damaged in the transaction, doesn’t show up on time, or is partially received, we shall dispatch you a new package or a full refund. You will be guaranteed on your request, in case of partial order your credit card will be charged again for the remaining balance and your payment refunded, only charged for the orders you received.
The shipping will take 20 to 30 days to get to your door.
If you have not received the package or you received any notification from the shipper that your package was on hold, delayed, or returned to the sender, we strongly suggest you please send us a ticket via email and we shall resolve all shipping-related problems on priority.
